Müller’s Mühle offers a wide range of functional legume flours. These provide the basis for healthy & sustainable food. Our products are gluten-free and clean-labeled.

PURAFARIN® PULSES is a range of functional legume flours that can be used to manufacture innovative products.

Due to their balanced protein to starch ratio, these products are particularly suitable for improving the texture of foods such as baked goods, snacks and pasta.

The SMART® PULSES product range includes our native legume flours, which have a naturally high protein content.

They are an excellent source of vegetable protein and minerals. That makes them a good basis for a wide variety of products. They can be used to produce numerous gluten-free and protein-rich foods.

For applications that require an even higher protein content, we have our SMART® PULSES PRO.

Thanks to our special technology, we produce natural protein concentrates with a protein content of up to 65% in an environmentally friendly and resource-saving manner.

The product range is widely used in the food industry. For example, as a component for meat substitute products as well as in the dairy and baking industries.
